The location was perfect, we were within walking distance of major shopping centres and it didn't take us long to get anywhere by car. The staff were incredibly friendly. Our 3 bedroom apartment was superb. The gym was spacious and had just enough equipment. Breakfast was delicious. The service I received in the beauty salon was amazing and the service provided by the Spa was just what I needed on our last day.

During our stay, we have encountered an unexpected event. My mother was feeling unwell and need to go to the hospital immediately. Luckily, Miss Tusmiati is very kind and helpful during our stay. She helps my mother when she’s feeling unwell and needs to go to the hospital, how thoughtful of her. I am beyond grateful to meet her during our stay. Mr Rafliansyah helps us during check-in and check-out. Check-in and check-out process was fast, and we get to enjoy some drinks while waiting for our room. Mr Raflianshah also help us by giving suggestions when we ask about which hospital we should headed to. And during our check-out he still check on my mother’s well-being. Not to forget about the strategic location of this hotel and how spacious and clean the room was! This hotel is just a walking distance to Thamrin, Grand Indonesia Mall and Plaza Indonesia. The convenience store such as Indomaret as just across the road. Room was exactly as described and shown in pictures. Shower gel and shampoo smells good! All of the staff are very helpful and kind (security, concierge, receptionist you name it)! Great service and love the experience at the hotel. We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Love it and highly recommended especially when you travel with family or with big group.

- The hotel is very clean and beautiful. - It is right next to Grand Indo Mall and Thamrin City Mall (the hotel is in between these two malls by just a cross of a road away 👍🏻). It is also walkable to Plaza Mall so it is very convenient. - Room is very spacious and comfortable. - Staffs are helpful and friendly.

Regarding the facilities, the highlight was undoubtedly the pool area. The pool exceeded our expectations, offering a great space for relaxation and enjoyment. The adult pool, with its depth of 1.8 meters, provided a serene environment tailored for adult guests seeking a tranquil swimming experience. In terms of location, the hotel's positioning was ideal. Situated conveniently between the Grand Indonesia Mall and accessible street food vendors, we found ourselves in the midst of both shopping and culinary delights. This central location facilitated easy exploration of the city's offerings, whether for leisurely strolls through the mall or culinary adventures in the bustling streets. Overall, our stay was characterized by exceptional hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and convenient amenities. The combination of warm greetings, efficient service, and prime location made our experience truly memorable and enjoyable.
