During our stay, we have encountered an unexpected event. My mother was feeling unwell and need to go to the hospital immediately. Luckily, Miss Tusmiati is very kind and helpful during our stay. She helps my mother when she’s feeling unwell and needs to go to the hospital, how thoughtful of her. I am beyond grateful to meet her during our stay. Mr Rafliansyah helps us during check-in and check-out. Check-in and check-out process was fast, and we get to enjoy some drinks while waiting for our room. Mr Raflianshah also help us by giving suggestions when we ask about which hospital we should headed to. And during our check-out he still check on my mother’s well-being. Not to forget about the strategic location of this hotel and how spacious and clean the room was! This hotel is just a walking distance to Thamrin, Grand Indonesia Mall and Plaza Indonesia. The convenience store such as Indomaret as just across the road. Room was exactly as described and shown in pictures. Shower gel and shampoo smells good! All of the staff are very helpful and kind (security, concierge, receptionist you name it)! Great service and love the experience at the hotel. We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Love it and highly recommended especially when you travel with family or with big group.

The most convenient location between Grand Indonesia (a large shopping center) and Thamrin City Mall (a shopping complex that sells a variety of batik clothing). All the staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile on their face. Security and check-in staff were very helpful and friendly. My elderly dad caught a terrible cold and we were impressed with the Night team including the receptionist Mr Dannan and the security who were very caring and patient with us in the middle of a very stressful night. We are also very grateful to the staff that organised a wheelchair and taxi for us to the hospital the following morning. Our room was always very clean thanks to the warm and excellent service by Mr Syaifuddin. Despite being very busy tending to the entire floor that we were on, My Syaifuddin and the other housekeeping staff were always ready to help us whenever we asked.

My stay in the spacious Ascott Hotel Residence apartment on the 20th floor was exceptional. Even as a single occupant, I appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, well-appointed living room, and luxurious, large bathroom; room service, housekeeping, and laundry services were excellent, and all areas were impeccably maintained. The residence provided a comfortable and home-like experience, and I plan to utilize the property for both short-term and extended stays in the future. The convenient proximity to Grand Indonesia Mall, Hyatt Aryaduta Hotel, and Kempinski Hotel Plaza Indonesia was a significant advantage.❤️

Very big room for all 4 rooms we rented, kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, brew coffee is available. A very special one is the 3 bed-room unit which we were not only able to wash our clothes with washing machine but also a dryer is available to dry up our clothes. Many shopping malls is only walking distance away, and easy access to many restaurants. Very happening at night because the hotel is located in the strategic location of Jakarta city center. Security check is tight therefore we feel safe staying in the hotle.

The location was perfect, we were within walking distance of major shopping centres and it didn't take us long to get anywhere by car. The staff were incredibly friendly. Our 3 bedroom apartment was superb. The gym was spacious and had just enough equipment. Breakfast was delicious. The service I received in the beauty salon was amazing and the service provided by the Spa was just what I needed on our last day.
